As a first time home buyer who had no idea what I was doing or what to expect I was excited to be shopping for a new home although I also had a lot of anxiety about the process. I had already experienced the let down of receiving a pre-approval from a lender who promised that a realtor would soon be in touch with me. I never did hear from that realtor. Next, I contacted a realtor who was recommended to me by a friend. I got in touch with him one time and we looked at one house and after that he ghosted me. The anxiety grew each time and every time I let myself start to feel excited I was immediately knocked down. This may not sound like a 5 star review yet....Enter Chloe Bayouth from Homes by Breann. Upon doing some research and seeing Homes by Breann had such good ratings, I submitted a request to be contacted by them. This was the best decision I made in the home buying process. Chloe was so warm and friendly and so organized. The first day we went to look at homes, I remember bringing a notebook because I had done some research but wanted to take notes on each home as we visited them. Chloe had brought me a whole folder of all of the listings we were seeing with all of the details of each home in the order we were seeing them. I remember in each home we saw she'd point out things that I should be looking for as a homeowner to ensure that my home would be taken care of long term such as guttering and the installation of which way they should be facing when the water comes out to prevent future foundation issues, or where the water heater may have leaked and had some issues. The little details that as a single woman I would have no clue to think about or have knowledge about but that could make a lasting impact on my home. These are just a couple of the many examples. Chloe was so knowledgeable, kind and professional. Chloe also worked to make sure that I found a lender that I felt comfortable with that would take care of me the way she did. She was very informative throughout the entire process and quick to answer any questions about the why's or how's even simply if it was solely to satisfy my curiosity. If I had any questions or concerns, Chloe was very prompt in her responses. I finally found somebody who wanted to take care of me throughout the entire homebuying process and who wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for. I am happy to say I found my first home and closed on my first home and it was so much more simple and stress free then I ever could have imagined and I credit that to Chloe! Even after closing, Chloe has followed up with me. For example she knew that I needed a new refrigerator and saw a very nice one on sale and sent it to me as a heads up in case I was still looking. I think that it speaks volumes that she is still trying to make sure that I am taken care of even after I have closed on my home. If you are looking for a caring realtor, look no further! Angela is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and works very hard to make sure you’re getting the best possible option and the most out of the entire home buying process.
