Minimal Competition
One of the many things that we have to consider as buyers is the fact that most people are having that exact same conversation going on in their heads, or with their spouse or significant others. So many of the buyers that are your competition now, actually won’t be during the holiday season.
Many people decide to shelve that shopping decision until after the holidays. So it creates less competition for you as the buyer, which means it gives you the advantage on being able to potentially get an offer accepted, when you might not have been successful in months past.
Time Off Has Its Advantages
Things tend to slow down during the Holidays as we all find ourselves with a little extra time off from work. You should use that time off to your advantage. You’ve got more time to find a new home and we’ve got more time to help you.
Low Interest Rates
Also, I want you to think about the interest rates. I mean, when do you think you could have bought a home for 3% or less interest rates?
We are still seeing all time low interest rates right now.
We don’t know how long they’re going to be around, but we for sure know we have to take advantage of them right now.

While we still have these extremely low interest rates to take advantage of, also consider the tax incentives.
